BILLING

We accept all forms of payment. Online payment available through Paypal, Venmo and Chase Quickpay. Payment rendered at the time of services. First time clients may pay at the time of scheduling to reserve an appointment slot.


CANCELLATION POLICY

We maintain a 24 hr cancellation policy. Emergencies aside, full session fee is assessed if we are notified within the allotted time frame.


INSURANCE

We accept CIGNA, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), United and Oscar.

For Out of Network Insurance Benefits, allow us to verify coverage and we can send along invoice. 

Kindly notify us prior to the start of services to verify your plan's coverage by sending along your Full Name, DOB, Insurance Provider and Insurance ID number at least one day before. 


We offer invoices only if notified before the commencement of treatment. 


Please do inform us beforehand so we can verify coverage.

​Feel free to ask any questions, or note concerns, regarding treatment. Its important to me that communication is open,thorough and clear and that Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine is demystified.


TIMING

Please be timely. We all know how much can occur in a New York minute. My long standing clients generally can expect not to wait even more than a handful of moments. If you arrive on time, even to the minute, you should be promptly greeted to your treatment room.


PREP

Kindly wear clean, comfortable clothing and if possible, bathed before your appointment. We will supply towels for draping and changing depending upon treatment requirements.

We also provide dietary and herbal consult as relevant to your health condition. Some people request movement therapy based in Chinese meridian theory, qigong.

We are happy to review your PT regimens to complement strategies, or look at your blood work or medications list. Often, emailing your results and reports is easier, beforehand or after we speak at your first visit. This might also include xrays or MRI (findings).

You can also put us in contact with your other providers for best case management. I thoroughly enjoy speaking with your other doctors, therapists and medical helpers, or family members who want more information
